Our focus is somewhat different, and complementary, to the current major players. Our attention is on the business group itself - on the organization. While there are many people and activities focused on leadership, change, and what sets one organization apart from another, the focus is almost entirely on the leadership itself and the individuals within a business. While this is essential, we believe that there is also a dynamic occurring within the collective, within the group. Furthermore, it is this group dynamic that usually defeats the changes attempted by leaders.
We believe that the understanding of The Group is essential for Evolutionary Business. Within The Group lies both the largest roadblock and the largest potential.
