There are many approaches to the development of individuals and groups. We believe that each of these ideas, schools, methodologies, frameworks, pracitices can be appropriate for a given individual or group at a given time.
Through all of these ideas run a set of common themes or threads. The Ayawa Institute is interested in these common themes.
